When all is done the legal rights of the article is inevitably credited to the Artist without any contestant, and such work is always associated with the name of the original designer thus making it stand clear of the input of any other artist and bearing no resemblance of a previous design.

Every Artist take special pride in their finished work and put their priority stamp on, by esteeming and placing it in the most suitable category among all individual pieces of their creation, eg. the most loved, the masterpiece of all creations, the first piece of attempted art.
